I’ve found that by investing a little time on Sunday to prepare for my Monday my week runs smoother.

I preview my upcoming schedule and write out my things to do list while taking time to prioritize my MITs (#MostImportantTasks). This simple exercise takes just a few minutes to complete yet it helps me start my workweek feeling focused and ready to accomplish my goals.
